our club story
VESSELSvb began in October of 2017 with just 12 girls from two churches, but word spread quickly through the community. In just three short years, our club has nearly 90 girls that attend each week! VESSELS continues to grow in Hampton Roads, with girls represent more than 20 different elementary schools and 25 churches.

Katey founded our VB club and is responsible for the overall vision of our Virginia Beach club and leads our team to make our club possible. She works directly with with VESSELS Ministries to ensure we are delivering a biblically sound lessons with a dash a glitter and splash of fun. Katey has been married to her husband Matt for 18 years and they have 4 girls and 1 boy. She goes to Anchor Church in Virginia Beach.

During club, you'll find Katie downstairs at the registration table, welcoming girls and talking to parents. Katie W. works alongside Katey T. to ensure that VESSELSvb functions well administratively and that the club runs efficiently. Katie has been married to her husband Ben for 18 years and they have 2 girls and a boy. She goes to Cornerstone Bible Church in Virginia Beach.
